Refund policy

All items are made to order using a third-party customization service. For that reason, items that have been decorated with a custom logo are not eligible for a return or exchange unless it is determined that your order is 100% free from defects in materials and decoration.

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 14 days after the product has been received.

To confirm if your order is eligible for a return or exchange, please contact Spark Social Sports directly with your order number handy.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds on misprinted/damaged/defective items
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
