All items are made to order using a third-party customization service. For that reason items that have been decorated with a custom logo are not eligible for a return or exchange unless it is determined that your order is 100% free from defects in materials and decoration.

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 14 days after the product has been received.
